Technical Graduates with 6 months to 4 years experience in International Tech Support roles.Networking exp would be preferred
Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7),
Knowledge of basic core load troubleshooting (Outlook, Internet, Wireless, Remote Access),
Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and resolve, Knowledge of ITIL desirable
Mobile & White Goods- Any Technical graduates with excellent English communication skills and good knowledge of Android Applications and White Goods Electronics
Healthcare Process – Any technical graduates with experience in Voice Support and CCNA Certified or Trained.
